4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on 123vip, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on 123vip. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 123vip employs technical measures to detect multi-accounting. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any balances will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. 4.4 KYC Verification

123vip is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be requested to provide the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or PhilSys ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name and mobile number)
• Selfie with government-issued ID for biometric verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. 123vip will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by 123vip, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction.

123vip does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension. You must not use credit obtained from any financial institution specifically for the purpose of gambling.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200 via GCash or Maya
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours for bank transfer channels will be processed on the next applicable banking day
• 123vip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is a pending bonus wagering requirement that has not been completed

5.3 Currency and Taxes

All player balances are maintained in Philippine Peso. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your winnings in accordance with Philippine tax law. 123vip does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 123vip offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

123vip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Claiming multiple bonuses using different accounts (multi-accounting)
• Placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play
• Coordinating bonus claims with other players to exploit promotional terms
• Providing false or altered documents during KYC to access bonuses multiple times

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 123vip are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and other categories each have their own operational rules made available within the respective game or section interface.

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is deemed valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 123vip system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failure, network interruption, or system error will be voided, and any staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds posted for a sports event, a software error that causes an incorrect game outcome, or a technical malfunction that results in an erroneous payout — 123vip reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. 123vip's determination as to whether an error has occurred, and the appropriate remedy, is final.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

123vip may apply maximum single-session win caps or maximum payout limits to specific games or promotions. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated clearly within the relevant game or promotion documentation. Any winnings in excess of a stated maximum payout cap may not be withdrawable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123vip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.
2. Money laundering — using 123vip to process, disguise, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity.
3. Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players without authorization.
4. Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent platform security measures.
5. Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where such collusion would constitute cheating.
6. Registering or using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
7. Providing false identity information or falsified documents during KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 123vip platform — including but not limited to the 123vip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 123vip or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 123vip.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 123vip and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities — arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

123vip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors, 123vip's sole obligation is to restore service as promptly as reasonably practicable.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by 123vip

123vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
• Continuation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or 123vip's regulatory standing
• We are required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 123vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance.
